I have a joint honour degree in Psychology and Philosophy and my first experience of hypnosis was some 20 years ago, when I first learned how to hypnotise others and how to use self-hypnosis. Over the years, I have been a student of human psychology – wanting to know why some people excel in what they do and why others struggle. This quest for knowledge led to me completing a variety of training programmes, including studying with Doctor John Butler, arguably the greatest clinical hypnotherapist in the U.K. and with Anthony Robbins, who is considered to be one of the top motivational speakers/coaches in the world, alongside other experts in the field of hypnotherapy, hypno-psychotherapy, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). I am accredited by ACCPH (Accreditation of Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) and a member of the British Association of Therapeutic Hypnotherapy. I have numerous diplomas in various aspects of hypnotherapy too, too numerous to list them all.
